  I've used this shop for parts for a few years now. They always are very helpful and don't seem to act like I don't have a clue and actually to listen to my "self diagnostics." I stopped by a week ago and discussed a power problem. Well, of all days, today it snowed and my computer wouldn't stay running for more than a few minutes. Since I needed to work from home, I called to see if they were open. No one answered but I left a message. I was called back around 11 and was informed that they were closing at noon because of the snow, but they would be happy to help me. I loaded up the computer and arrived at 11:45. They tested my power supply and found that it certainly was defective. No charge for the test and I was back up and running in no time as they had the part I needed in stock. There was no rush to get me out of there. They really are customer focused!

  These guys are great! I've taken my computer in a couple of times now and I've been 100% satisfied each time. Quick turnaround time, reasonable rates, and great to deal with.
