  Owner told me on the phone "I don't have time for this right now", when I needed their error fixed on my account. So I contacted corporate and it got handled immediately. I love sprint, have been with them for years but the Gallatin store manager does a poor job, reaching out to corporate at least works right away.

  I was thinking about switching from Verizon to sprint. I went into this store and talked to a young boy who acted like it was his first day in training. the manager was in the back room and did not come out and try to help this young man, even though she could clearly hear that he did NOT know what he was talking about. One of the TOP rules about sales is YOU DO NOT LET A CUSTOMER LEAVE, ESPECIALLY UNHAPPY. This guy gave me 0 information that helped me. Finally he gave me his card and i just walked out. I went straight to Verizon and renewed my plan. Worst experience i have ever had with a cellular provider. Will not be back.
